Step 4: Deposit & Payment Information

Please note that a non-refundable deposit of FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS (US$500.00) per Participant is required to make a reservation for a culinary vacation program. Reservations made less than 60 calendar days prior to the starting date of a program require payment in full by check or bank transfer at the time of booking. All reservations are considered confirmed upon receipt of a fully completed and signed booking form as well as the applicable deposit/payment.

The balance of the price of the cooking vacation program is due at Culinaria 60 calendar days prior to the starting date of the program. Final payment may be made by check, bank transfer, or credit card. Final payments made by credit card are subject to an additional 3 percent service charge. In the event that final payment is not received by Culinaria by the specified due date, reservations will be subject to cancellation and any deposits made will be forfeited in their entirety.

A late fee of ONE HUNDRED AND TWENTY-FIVE DOLLARS (US$125.00) per person will be applied to reservations made less than 30 calendar days from the starting date of program.
